Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from BETCH.SHOP. Please note that your use of BETCH.SHOP constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.



Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes if the order is already in the fulfillment process. If you would like to check if it’s possible to change your shipping address, please email qcp@betchentertainment.com your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has shipped, please contact the shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our Distribution Center, we will email you and let you know.


Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already in the fulfillment process. Most orders go into processing 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email qcp@betchentertainment.com your order number and request for the order to be canceled.


Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an item change if the order is already in the fulfillment process. If you would like to check if it’s possible to make changes to the items in your order, please email qcp@betchentertainment.com with your order number and the item and/or size change.




Due to reduced capacity caused by COVID-19, your order may be delayed. Currently, the estimated processing time is 4-6 business days.

 Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.


US orders are priced in USD and will be shipped either USPS or UPS. US shipping prices are shown at the checkout window and vary by location and weight of your order. When your order has been shipped out you will be provided with a tracking number to track the progress of your package in its delivery process. BETCH by QCP does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number. 


International orders are priced in USD and will be shipped either USPS or UPS. International shipping prices are shown at the checkout window and vary by country and weight of your order. USPS works in conjunction with local postal services around the world and will route the package to them when the package arrives in your resident country. While most packages make it to their final destination without any issues, BETCH by QCP is not responsible for the package once it lands in your resident country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal services. In the event that there are any issues after the package arrives in your resident country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to resolve said issues. If your international shipment has been in-transit for over 20 days, please contact your local postal service or customs office to see if the package is being held for you and provide them with your tracking number along with a form of identification.


BETCH by QCP is not responsible for any customs/duties fees that may incur with international orders and is not included in the order total at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any and all fees determined by the customs office of their resident country. In the event that an order is returned due to a lack of claim, we will reach out to you via email to have the package shipped out for you again BUT the cost of shipping fees will need to be paid for again. 


If a package is returned to us due to an issue with incorrect address information, lack of customs/duties payments, or other issues with being forwarded, we will reach out to you to have the package resent. If we do not receive a response within 30 days from when the email is sent, the order will be null and voided. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to BETCH by QCP due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 


All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored.  Significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify qcp@betchentertainment.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.


You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at BETCH.SHOP. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


BETCH.SHOP and all contents of the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  You acknowledge, by your use of the site, that your use of the site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with you use of our site, and that BETCH.SHOP shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
